    Good selection! I’d probably just switch setu-bandhasana to paschimottanasana, because the seated forward bend has an immense calming effect on our mind. Plus it’s also good for extroverts, because it helps on our jouney inwards.

      Yea I like teaching that way as well…forward fold to Savasana seems to be very calming.
